Thomas Hanby

Thomas Alfred Hanby, age 83, of Birmingham, died in Durham, North Carolina on January 16, 2011. He is survived by two children Cathy Hanby-Sikora of North Carolina and Thomas Alfred Hanby Jr. (Noel) of Texas, four grandchildren , Michael Sikora, Adam Sikora, Jessica Hanby and Anna Hanby. He was preceded in death by his wife Frances Woolf Hanby. He was retired from General Electric Company and taught at the Business School at Samford University. He was a member of Brookwood Baptist Church and a lifelong Baptist Deacon. Services will be on Thursday, Jan 20 at Noon in the Chapel with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be from 10am until 12pm Thursday. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
