Peggy Burgess

Peggy J. Burgess, age 83 of Center Point, AL passed away on February 1, 2011. She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church. She was a registered nurse and worked in the Birmingham area. She loved quilting and knitting and she especially was gifted in doll making. She was preceded in death by her son, Larry Burgess. She is survived by her husband, Carson N. "Kit" Burgess; daughter, Amy C. Quick (Christopher S.); sons, Michael T. Burgess (Mary), Blair C. Burgess, Scott Burgess (Kellye), and Alan T. Burgess (Heather); grandchildren, Brandon, Molly, Jennifer, Mindy, Celia, Libby, Sarah, and Caroline. Services will be on Friday, February 4, 2011 at 12:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be one prior to services. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
