Peggy Cost Andrews Bierley passed peacefully in her home surrounded by loved ones. Her departure from this world was marked with deep sadness and infinite gratitude that peace found this soul who deserved nothing more.
Peggy was born in Birmingham on June 2nd, 1938, to the loving embrace of a mother, father and brother she would adore all the days of her life. Peggy was always defined by her love for her family. Anyone that knew her knew about the people she loved very soon. Her relationships with family and friends were her greatest source of pride, strength and joy in life and anyone lucky enough to be in those groups felt that with every card, word and encounter.
Her greatest source of pride was her children and grandchildren. What it means to be among those is a life of love, support, acceptance and so much laughter. Her life was defined by a love she was given in childhood and then spent the rest of her days pouring back out on anyone who needed it.
A special experience Peggy had with her mother was getting to graduate high school together when her mother returned for her diploma and completed in the same year. Peggy did so many things in her life that mattered and trying to start a list seems silly. This amazing woman is survived by her children Steve, Matt, Mark and Dana and their families
