Paul Beatty

Paul David Beatty, age 74, of Pinson, passed away January 18, 2014. He was a member of Pinson 1st Baptist Church and the Sunshine Sunday School Class. David enjoyed coin collecting, woodworking, hiking in the mountains and visiting Gatlinburg. He was preceded in death by his parents Millard and Gertrude Beatty, brother Kenneth Beatty, sisters Pat Whittington and Carol Ann Whittington. Graveside services will be held on Monday, Jan 20, at 1pm with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be from 12pm until 1pm Monday. He is survived by his wife of 50 years Dorothy T. Beatty, daughters Melissa Beatty, Nicole Hallmark (Chad), sisters Connie (Jack), Kathy (Johnny), Gail, Janice (Freeman), and Donna, brothers Leonard (Virginia), and Randall (Pam), grandchildren Daniel and Tristan Hallmark, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
