Mildred Sorrell

Mildred Loveless Sorrell, age 91, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 17, 2014. Mildred was preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 years, Richard A. "Buddy" Sorrell. She is survived by her son Richard E. (Elizabeth) Sorrell, son Wayne A. (Cathy) Sorrell, daughter Rita Ellis (Steve) Penuel; grandchildren Tara Ellis (Craig) Threlkeld, Sonya Ellis (Chris) DeArman, Eric (Amandelyn) Sorrell, Beth Sorrell, Christina Sorrell Dick, Sandy Sorrell (Ryan) Coleman, Chad Ellis, and John (Shelbee) Sorrell; fourteen great grandchildren; and brother Elton Ray "Buck" Loveless. Mildred attended and served in her church, Pinson Presbyterian now known as Grace Presbyterian, for many years. She loved her God, family and 4th Street friends. Her sweet, quiet and loving spirit will be greatly missed. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 21, 2014, at Jefferson Memorial in Trussville, AL at 1 P.M. and service to follow at 2 P. M..
