Mamie Parker

Mamie E. Parker, age 86 of Birmingham, AL passed away on January 15, 2011. She was a resident at Columbiana Health and Rehab. Ms. Parker was born on April 12, 1924, in Ruleville, Mississippi. She was the daughter of J.E. Petrie and Minerva Hanna Petrie. Ms. Parker was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Louis E. Parker, brothers, Arthur, Lee Roy, and Johnny Mack Petrie, and sisters, Floyce Owens, Annie Lou Phillips, and Mae P. Palmer. She is survived by her sons, Glen, Billy, and Richard Parker; daughter, Carolyn Harris; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 18, 2011 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Graveside services to follow at 11:00 AM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
