Lillian Claudine (Dean) Brown passed away peacefully at her home in St. Augustine, FL on Friday February 1, 2013 at the age of 81 after battling cancer for 3 years.Dean was preceded in death by her husband Jerry E. Brown Jr., a son Mark Charles, grandsons Jerry E. Brown IV and Cody Randall Brown. Dean is survived by a son Jerry E. Brown III of St. Augustine, FL and 3 daughters, Liz (Billy) Byrom of Keystone Heights, FL., Nancy (Raymond) Frankenberger of Hastings, FL. and Sandy Manley of Alamogordo, NM as well as numerous grand children and great grand children. Dean is also survived by a sister Nell Hall and a brother Charles Simpson both of Birmingham, AL as well as many nieces and nephews. Dean was of Pentecostal faith and a member of Cosby Heights Church. She moved to Florida three years ago due to failing health and to be closer to her son and daughters.Funeral Services will be held Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Jefferson Memorial Gardens Trussville, AL, officiated by Pastor Mark Lacy.
