Lila England

Lila Cobb England of Birmingham, AL passed away on August 2, 2010. She was a member of a local dance hall where she spent many years enjoying dancing. She is preceded in death by her husband, George and her daughter, Vickie. She is survived by her daughter, Diane Lawson; sister, Myertle Merritt; brother, Tommy Cobb; grandchildren, Jason Booker, Melissa Townsend, Brandon Lawson, Trey Inman; 6 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 4, 2010 from 10 to 11AM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Graveside services to follow at 11 AM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East.
