John Berger

John C. Berger (Paw Paw) age 72 of Adamsville, AL passed away on February 4, 2014 from cancer. He was a member of Pike Avenue Baptist Church. He retired after 35 years with Rexam. He was one of the most unique men you would have ever known. He loved life and especially his family. He had a special bond with his grandchildren, Christopher and Kayleigh. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Glois, his daughter, Wendy (Chris) Brasher, one grandson, Christopher and granddaughter, Kayleigh. He is also survived by a sister, Sue Turney of Show Low, AZ, brothers, James Berger of Warrior and Walter Lee Berger of Corner. Graveside services will be on Friday, February 7, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be an hour prior to services at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Pastor Jim McCann will be officiating over the services. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
