Jeff Conn, age 48, of Birmingham, passed away September 29, 2012. Services will be held on October 1, at 2pm in the Chapel with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be from 1pm until 2pm Monday. He is survived by his wife Debbie Conn, son Zachery (Shelby), daughter Jessica (Matt) Champion, grandchildren Easton, Kadence, and Brantley, brothers Dewayne (Stephanie), Christopher (Dawn), his parents Bill and Cathryn, his father and mother in law Horace and Elaine Prince, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
