Hilda Elizabeth Barksdale, age 91, of Birmingham and Lake Martin, passed away April 20, 2011. She was a member of Ruhama Baptist Church. Services will be Friday April 22, at 12pm in the Chapel with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Rev. James Bassham officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. She is survived by her daughter Jerry (Jim) Strickland, son Billy (Mary Margaret) Barksdale, grandchildren Jason, Christopher, and Matthew Barksdale, Jo Anne (Larry) Smith, Jenny (Will) Barrett, and 5 great grandchildren. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
