Fenix West

Fenix (Bari) Brooks West, 51, of Panama City, Fl, beloved daughter of Robert and Helen Brooks of Birmingham, passed away Dec. 9th. She attended the Baptist Church in Panama City. She was preceded in death by her husband, James West. She is survived by her parents and her three sisters; Bretta Spruell of Cincinnati, OH, Bonnie Stephens of Vance, AL, and Bethany Oliver of Trussville, and eight nieces and nephews. Services will be held at Jefferson Memorial Gardens, Trussville, on Tuesday with visitation from 12:00 to 1:00 and a graveside service following.In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Humane Society.
