Eleanor Gamble

Eleanor Jones Gamble, age 85, passed away on June 8, 2020. She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Lillian Jones; husband, Ethridge H. Gamble; brothers, Patrick Jones, James Allen Jones, and George Denman Jones; sister, Mary Murphy. She is survived by her daughters, Sonya Davis (Bobby) and Mary Phillips (Jim); son, Conrad Gamble (Claire); grandchildren, Catherine Crowe (Buck), Stephanie Price, James Phillips Jr., Cooper Davis, Stephen Gamble and Jonathan Gamble (Sierra); great-grandchildren, Roman Davis and Poppy Davis. A graveside service will be held on June 11, 2020 at 1pm at Jefferson Memorial Funeral in Trussville, Al. Larry Smith will be officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to be made to Huffman Baptist Church or the American Heart Association.
