Dorothy Vernon

Dorothy L. Vernon "Dot", age 85 of Trussville, AL passed away on September 27, 2017. She is survived by her husband, Earl Vernon; sons, David Vernon (Sandra) and Terry Vernon (Patricia); sisters, Carol Massey (Earl) and Jo Self (Arnold); brothers, Grady Lancaster, Ken Lancaster (Chris) and Bob Lancaster (Laura); grandchildren, Ryan (Amanda), Drew and Zach; great granddaughter, Amelia Claire; numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at 2 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be an hour prior to services. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Rev. Brian Stanley will be officiating over the services. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's of Central Alabama. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
