Clay Albright, age 90 of Tuscaloosa, AL passed away on June 30, 2013. He was a member of Skyland Blvd. Baptist Church. He served in the U.S. Marines and proudly fought in the Guadalcanal Battle. He retired from Pure Oil Company after 40 years of service. He loved to fish more than doing anything else. He is survived by his wife, Mary "Nell" Albright; daughter, Elizabeth Zilinskas (Greg); son, Jim Albright(Anne); step-daughters, Pam Hodges (Mark) and Shirley Brunner (Chester); brother, Bill Albright; grandchildren, Leslie Alcorn, Sophie Hodges, Reggie Meggs (Stephanie) and Leslie Cochran; 3 great grandchildren. Services will be on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Skyland Blvd Baptist Church in Tuscaloosa, AL. Visitation will be an hour prior to services at the church. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Brother Jimmy Garner and Brother Ralph Smith will be officiating over the services. Pallbearers will be Reggie Meggs, Bobby Albright, Rick Albright, Steve Albright, Chester Brunner, and Mark Hodges. Honorary pallbearers will be Mr. and Mrs. John House and members of the George Lewis Sunday School Class. The family would like to give a special thanks to all the staff of Glen Haven Nursing Home, Hospice of West Alabama and Home Instead Senior Care. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Hospice of West Alabama, or Skyland Blvd. Baptist Church Building Fund. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
