Betty Veigl

Betty Joyce Veigl, age 81 of Birmingham, AL passed away on February 24, 2011. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. She is a member of Holy Infant of Prague Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Pat Veigl; daughters, Patricia Anderson (Andy) and Terry Veigl; son, Dennis Veigl (Sandy); grandchildren, Jeff Anderson (Adrienne), Jamie Hudson (Brad), Kelly Wade (Eric), Jeremy Anderson (Alicia), Millicent Veigl (Johnny), and Patrick Veigl; great grandchildren, Sebastian and Miriam Anderson, Corey and Leyton Hudson, and Maranda and Aleea Anderson. Visitation will be on Monday, February 28, 2011 from 10 Am to 11:00 AM at Holy Infant of Prague Catholic Church. Services will follow at 11:00 AM. Burial will be at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Father Bill Lucas will be officiating the services. The family would like to thank the staff at Fresinus Medical Care and the Oncology staff at St. Vincents for their loving care and support through this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Holy Infant of Prague Catholic Church.
