Betty Kuykendall

Betty Self Kuykendall, age 79 of Birmingham, AL passed away on April 3, 2010. She was a member of 25th Ave. Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, Phillip Kuykendall (Diane); grandchildren, Harlie and Chase Kuykendall; brothers, Ronald and Charles Self; sister-in-law, Frances McCay. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 6, 2010 from 5 to 7PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Services will be on Wednesday, April 7, at 11am at 25th Ave Baptist Church and burial in Blountsville Methodist Church Cemetery. Pastor Mike Young officiating. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
