Ann Latham

Ann Westbrook Latham, age 80, of Trussville, AL passed away on January 21, 2011. Ann was born on Christmas Day 1930 in Orlando, FL to the late Norman and Rubye Westbrook. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Mrs. Latham graduated from Woodlawn High School in 1949. She was a member of Trussville First United Methodist Church, a Girl Scout leader for many years, and a great supporter of her children and grandchildren in all of their many activities. Mrs. Latham was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Bill Latham. She is survived by her brother, Norman B. Westbrook, Jr.; daughter, Lynda Latham Payne (Mike); son, Bill Latham (Tricia); grandchildren Laurie Echols (Brad), Ty and Casey Latham; great-grandchildren, Katie and Jake Echols. A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 24, 2011 at 11am at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East with visitation one hour prior to service time. The family would like to give a special thanks to the caregivers at St. Martin's in the Pines Evergreen and the staff of New Beacon Hospice for their loving care.
