William Woods

William "Dave" Woods, age 72 of Pell City, AL passed away on April 5, 2014. He was a member of Pell City First Baptist Church. He was a member of the Pell City Chapter of AA, where he was proud to be recovering for the past 31 years. He loved going to car shows and he enjoyed making people laugh and sharing the news of Jesus. He volunteered at the VA Hospital in Birmingham. He was very loved at his residence at The Oaks on Parkwood. He is preceded in death by his father, William Paul Woods, Jr. and his wife, Faye Whittle Woods. He is survived by his mother, Mary Woods; sister, Suzan Touchton (Chris); brother, Ronny Woods (Debbie); several nieces and nephews. Services will be on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be an hour prior to services. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
