William Wiggins

William Herbert "Bill" Wiggins, age 76, a resident of Ragland, AL and formerly of Birmingham, passed away Tuesday, April 9. He was an avid artist and colorist in his own right. He was preceded in death by his father Harry Kenneth Wiggins and mother Mary Florence Bell "Mama Tiny", brothers Harry Kenneth Jr. and James Grady. He leaves behind his beloved wife Emily Marie (Cox), daughters Sharon Mayhew, Linda Hatchett (Mark), sons Richard (Donna), Mark (Melanie), twelve grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, brother Thomas Edward (Carol), sister Jane Frances Arrington (Dean), and a host of loving friends and family. Chapel services will be held on Friday, April 12 at noon with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be from 11am until service time. The family would like to express their sincere thanks and gratitude to all the doctors, nurses, caregivers and friends for their support and prayers for "Mr. Bill" during his illness.
