William Mackey

William Calvin "Bo" Mackey departed this life on July 27, 2010. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Margurite Gullatte Mackey. He is survived by his son W. Calvin Mackey, Jr.; daughter Janeice Y. Parker; son-in-law Ronald M. Parker; very special grandson, R. Matthew Parker, Jr., sisters Laney, Annie and Mary; brothers Grady and Joe; and nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of caring friends. William served as a paratrooper in the Army Airborne Division as a young man and later worked as a steel worker at Stockham Valve Company for 34 years. Visitation will be held Saturday, July 31, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Jefferson Memorial Trussville. The funeral services will be held following the visitation at 12:00 noon also at Jefferson Memorial Chapel. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
