Wallace Dowling

Wallace R. "Fats" Dowling, age 84, of Pinson, passed away March 14, 2014. Mr. Dowling was retired with 45 years of service with Anderson Electric and served in the US Navy during Korea. He was preceded in death by his wife Ola Faye Dowling, daughter Donna Dowling, sister Evelyn Thompson, brothers Max Dowling, Charles Jones and Walter Dowling. Graveside services will be held on Monday, March 17, at 11am with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. He is survived by his son Terry Dowling (Patricia), sisters Hazel Cannon, Ellen Logan grandchildren Ryan Dowling (Bethany), Ian Dowling (Heather), Mathew Ellison (Gina) and Marie Ellison and 5 great grandchildren.
