Thomas (Tom) E. Hallmark went to be with the Lord on September 23, 2016. He is survived by his beloved wife Nancy C. Hallmark, his son Thomas (Tommy) E. Hallmark Jr, daughter-in-law Linda Hallmark, his daughter Tracie Hallmark Loftin , son-in-law Patrick Loftin , his daughter Kimberly Hallmark Lallouche-Hester, son-in-law Ryan Hester, his grandchildren Andrew Loftin, Jorja Bell Loftin (Andrew), Brittney Loftin, Cade Loftin, Keegan Loftin, Lauren Hallmark Jones, Brad Jones (Lauren), Tyler Hallmark, Ashley Hallmark, Christopher Merrell, Bianca Borges Merrell (Chris) and Isabel Lallouche, his great grandchildren Charlotte Grace Jones and Rima Helen Loftin. He was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Hallmark, his father, Ellis C. Hallmark and his brother Dennis (Skinny) Hallmark. Tom was a former partner of Hallmark Builders, Birmingham, Alabama, partner of Interbay Building Services, Navarre, Florida, and former Chairman of the Board for Alabama AGC. He was an active member of Lakewood Baptist Church, Phenix City, Alabama. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 from 10:00 am to 12:00 am at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home and Gardens in Trussville. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 am following visitation with a graveside service to follow. Tom was loved and adored by his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
