Thomas Bryant

Thomas Hubert "Cotton" Bryant, age 85, of Irondale, passed away March 26, 2009. He was retired after 27 years of employment with TCI and began alO year tenure as superintendent of street and sanitation for the city of Irondale. He was a veteran of WWII. He was preceded in death by his 1st wife of 47 years Doris Weems Bryant and granddaughter Molly Elizabeth Bryant. Services will be Sunday March 29, at 2pm in the Chapel with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens Trussville. Visitation will be from 1pm until 2pm Sunday. He is survived by his wife Louise F. Bryant, sons H.L. "Pete" (Brenda) Bryant, Thomas G. (Becky) Bryant, daughter Judy B. Manning, step daughter Janice (Robert) Waldrop, and 3 step granddaughters, grandchildren S. Kirn White, Alicia Hinley, Pete L. Bryant, Douglas G. Bryant, Emily B. Freeman, 6 great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to Rose Hill Baptist Church.
