Theron Paul Chapple, Jr.

Theron Paul Chapple, Jr. of Pinson, AL passed away on August 25, 2014. He was a graduate of Glenn Vocational School. Later he joined the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged after 6 years of service. He attended Grace Community Church where he was a member for a number of years. Paul was an avid bass fisher and had won several tournaments throughout the years. In 1980 he was invited to participate in the Bass Masters Classic. Paul retired from All-State as a Senior Account Agent after more than 30 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents, Theron and Margaret Chapple. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Sandra Parker Chapple; daughters, Alandra Roberts (Scott), Paula Michelle Stewart (Robbie) and Darleen Crawford; two sisters, Trudy Cryder (Ray) and Elaine Skroback (Ken); eight grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. The funeral service for Paul will be held at 2p.m. at Jefferson Memorial Chapel on Thursday, August 28th. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will immediately follow the service at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East in Trussville. Pastor Tom Hammett and Pastor Thad Blount are officiating. The family requests that in lieu of flowers please send memorial to Grace Community Church in memory of Paul Chapple. Jefferson Memorial in Trussville is directing.
