Tharon Mckinney

Tharon Jones McKinney, age 92, of Birmingham, passed away July 29, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband Ira Thomas McKinney, Sr., parents Willie Eugene Jones and Myrtle Kilpatrick Jones, grandsons Joel Patrick Roberts and Bryan Chad McKinney, brother Louis Howard Jones, sisters Frances (Jones) Duncan and Billie Jean (Jones) Dismukes. She is survived by 3 children Glenda McKinney Roberts, Sherry McKinney Holt (Stan), Tommy McKinney (Janet), 7 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be on Tuesday, Aug 2, at 3pm with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be from 2pm until 3pm Tuesday.
