Tancey Hammett

Tancey Juanita Hammett, 43, was born in Lithia Springs, GA. And although she was born a "Georgia Peach," she lived her life primarily in Birmingham, AL and graduated high school from Clay Chalkville. She continued on to receive her Bachelors at Faulkner University. She was greeted in heaven with open arms by her loving father, Bobby Wayne Hammett, and her grandparents, Juanita "June" Staton, James Staton, Amy Hammett & Roland "Ode" Hammett.

She is survived by her loving son, Isaac Rutledge, her mother, Donna Hammett-Glenn, her step-father, Dr. Mel Glenn, Sr, her sister, Amy Hammett, step brothers, Darryl Chapman and Chris Chapman, her nephews, Preston Jones, Asher Nabors, Athan Nabors, and a host of relatives and friends.

Tancey's beautiful face & smile would light up any room. She is now shining like a beautiful beacon from heaven where her youth & beauty will remain for eternity.
