Syble Sims

SIMS, SYBLE S., age 75 of Birmingham, AL passed away December 14, 2012 after a long, courageous battle with dementia. Syble was a beautiful lady who loved life and enjoyed so many things; among them gospel music, gardening, fishing and especially her dog, Haywire. She went to work at the phone company soon after graduating from St. Clair County High School and retired from Bellsouth 40 years later. Syble is preceded in death by her husband, George Sims. Survived by one sister, Jo McMunn of Trussville and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be held at Jefferson Memorial Gardens in Trussville Monday, at 12pm in the Chapel.
