Sue Story

Sue Day Story, age 77 of Pinson, AL passed away on Sunday, May 27, 2012. She was a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who was loved by many and will be deeply missed. She was retired from Bellsouth after 35 years service, QC Data, Medical Center East, and was presently employed by St. Vincent's East. She was preceded in death by her parents, Columbus and Exa Day, and husband Orville C. Story Jr. Sue is survived by her children Orville C. Story III (Connie), Michele Smith, Jeffrey Story (Dana), grandchildren Buddy, Carrie, Tiffany, Chasity, Whitnee (Louie), great-grandchildren Ethan and Colt, brothers Alvin Day (Lillian), Mercer Day (Ann), Jack Day (Edna), Jesse Day, sister-in-laws Faye Higginbotham (Dee Honeycutt), Mary Padgett (Millard), a special mother-in-law Ola Story, and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Thursday May 31, 2012 from 10 to 12 in the Chapel at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home with services to follow. Jefferson Memorial Trussville.
