Stephen Payne

Stephen B. Payne, age 63, of Trussville, passed away on Aug. 16, 2018. He retired from AL Power after 35 years of service. Mr. Payne was preceded in death by his parents, Delton E. and Elton B. Payne. He is survived by his wife, Sue W. Payne; his sons, Donnie Payne (Mallory) and Derek Payne (Alaina); his grandchildren, Bowlin Payne and Giuliana Payne; his brothers, Jerry Payne (Janice) and Michael Payne (Lynda); and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to your local animal shelter. The family would also like to give a special thanks to the staff at Oasis Hospice for their support and wonderful care. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at 12pm at Jefferson Memorial in Trussville. A visitation will be held before the service, from 10am to 12pm. Burial will follow the service at Jefferson Memorial Gardens Trussville.
