Shirley Yager

Shirley Yager, 88. Beloved Mother and Wife passed away on October 15, 2022.
Preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Riley Yager, and eldest son Michael Riley (2 children and 6 grandchildren), sister Joan Bink, and brother Brian Ashdown
Shirley is survived by her children, Matthew Stephen (Judy), (3 children and 4 grandchildren), Susan Jo "Angel", (2 children and 1 grandchild), Jeffrey Andrew, (4 children and 11 grandchildren), and Jason Daniel (Misty) (7 children and 7 grandchildren), and sisters Marilyn Dupree and Candance Ashdown.
As youths, Shirley and her sisters, Marilyn and Joan. enjoyed singing in a group, much like the Andrews Sisters.
After marriage, she chose to stay home and care for her children. She enjoyed league bowling and fishing on the lake with friends. She was a kind and giving woman, who will be missed by many.
Funeral arrangements are as follows; Wednesday, October 19, 2022 Viewing 11:00 am to 12:00 pm
Services will be from 12:00 to 1:00 pm, followed by a short graveside service.
