Shirley Elrod

ELROD, SHIRLEY SCOTT, was born March 23, 1936. She went home to be with the Lord October 26, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert (PawPaw) Elrod. She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Elrod Reynolds (Terry); her son, Dale Elrod (Kimberley); her grandchildren, Chris Hyde (Keri) and Justin Reynolds; and three great-grandchildren, (Victoria, Ava and Hudson Hyde) who made her the happiest Gigi in the world. She is retired from AmSouth Bank and a member of the Tabernacle United Methodist Church in Locust Fork. Her loving spirit will forever live on through her family. What a true blessing she was to so many in her 74 years on this earth. Visitation will be Thursday, October 28th from 6-7pm and services will be held Friday, October 29th at 2pm, both being held at Jefferson Memorial in Trussville.
