Sherilyn "Sherry" Sue Criswell

Sherilyn "Sherry" Sue Resmondo Criswell, age 63, of Steele, Alabama went to be with the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, May 15, 2021. Born in Pensacola, Florida on June 26, 1957 grew up in Alabama, met and married Tommy at Hewitt Trussville High School. They were high school sweethearts. They lived in Trussville until 2018 and then moved to Steele, Alabama. Sherry worked for the United States Postal Service for 32 years until she retired in 2012. When she retired, she enjoyed spending her time with the grandkids. She is preceded in death by her father, Frank Robert Resmondo, Sr., and mother, Wanda Scott Resmondo. She is survived by her husband, Tommy; her daughters, Michelle Dickey (Anthony), and Tiffany Cohen (Andrew); grandchildren, Austin Dickey, Carter Dickey, Harper Brantley, Addyson Cohen and Bradley Cohen; sister, Kaye Resmondo; brothers, Frank Resmondo (Judy) and Terry Resmondo (Anna); several nieces and nephews.  Visitation will be Wednesday, May 19, 2021 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Jefferson Memorial Chapel followed by a memorial service at 12 p.m. at Jefferson Memorial Chapel. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to The Michael J.
