Sheila Vincent Howard

Sheila Vincent Howard, age 72, of Trussville, AL passed away on November 26, 2023.  She was a native of Maryland and loved her blue crabs!  Sheila enjoyed helping others in need and her canine companions were dear to her.  She had a successful career in credit counseling for many years.  Sheila was dedicated to her Lutheran faith, and loved spending time with her family. 

Sheila is preceded in death by her mother, Louise Donaldson Vance; husbands, Adrew “Rick” Howard, and Thomas John Vincent; brother Michael Mavergeorge; son in law, Jason Spahn, and grandson Ryan Terrance Jones.

She leaves behind daughters, Jennifer Spahn Goode, and Sheila Nicole Vincent; son, Jeffrey Adam Jones; sisters, Patricia Kane, and Christina Glenn; brother, Tim Mavergeorge, grandchildren, Jessica Zaragoza, Jeffrey Olson, Jenna Jones, Julie Jones, Jacoby Spahn, Jensen Spahn, Enman Goode, Elijah Goode, Leilana Goode; numerous friends she considered family.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 16, 2023, from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm with a memorial service to follow at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home in Trussville.
