Samuel Daniel

Samuel L. Daniel, Jr., "Sam", went home to be with the Lord on November 11, 2011 at the age of 67. He was a resident of Pinson, AL. He retired from Southern Company as an electrical engineer. He was a dedicated member of North Clay Baptist Church, he worked with the Holiday Rambler RV Club, and he was involved with Habitat for Humanity in different areas of the country as he traveled. Sam loved his Lord, his family, and his friends. He will be greatly missed. He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Janette Daniel; daughters, Christy Moran (Scott) and Courtney Campbell (DeWayne); sister, Sandra Schmitz (Dick); and grandchildren, Daniel, Alecia, David & Robert Moran; Stormy & Aiden Campbell. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 13 from 4 - 6PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be on Monday, November 14 at 11:00AM in the chapel with burial to follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East.
