Sally Hobbs

Sally Hobbs, the loving wife of Richard Hobbs for the past 66 years, passed away on February 3, 2019. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a friend to all. She was preceded in death by her children, Karen Hobbs, Rick Hobbs, and Diane Kersey. She is survived by her husband, Richard Hobbs; her children, Janet Meredith (Dexter), Sandy Hobbs, John Hobbs (Judi) and son-in-law, Craig Kersey; 6 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 9, at 2pm at Jefferson Memorial in Trussville. A visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
