Ruth Cook

Ruth Ann Cook, age 63, of Birmingham passed away on January 18, 2009. She was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church and retired from the registrar's office at U.A.B. Chapel funeral services will be held on Friday, January 23, 2009 at 12:00noon at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home with Pastor Bo Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Enon Baptist Church Cemetery in Cullman. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 5-8:00PM. She is survived by her husband Julius Cook; daughter: Alecia Crooks (Scott); son: Robert Cook; brothers: Othel "Posey" White and John Wayne White; grandchildren: Eric Scott Crooks, Kayla-Ann Crooks, Lauren Elizabeth Cook, and William Christopher Cook; great granddaughter: Noel Grace Crooks.
