Roy Rice

Roy Carter Rice, age 79, of Birmingham, AL passed from this life on November 11, 2011. He was a member of Huffman Baptist Church. A Veteran of the U.S. Navy and served in the Korean War. He retired from Golden Enterprises after 37 years. His survivors include his wife of 52 years, Edna Maxine Rice, of Birmingham, AL; daughter, Deirdre Rice (Jeff) Cryar, of Altamonte Springs, FL; grandchildren, Drew and Jason Cryar; brother, Glenn Rogers (Gail) Rice, of Hokes Bluff, AL. Visitation will be Sunday, November 13, 2011 from 1:00-3:00pm with funeral services at 3:00pm at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, Trussville. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East.
