Ronnie Odom

Ronnie Virgil Odom, 75, of Birmingham, passed away peacefully at his home on Monday night, August 21, 2017. Ronnie was twelfth of fourteen children born to Eric Visher Odom and Lottie Mae Johnson Odom in Brewton, Alabama on Oct 13, 1941. Ronnie was predeceased by his wife of over 50 years, LaVern Bolin Odom, his parents, 5 brothers and 3 sisters. Ronnie leaves behind his only child, his daughter; Robyn, 2 grandchildren, Amber Renee Clark (Chris), Joshua Trez Al-Absi, 3 great granddaughters, Presley Brooke-Renee Goodwin, Emma Clark, Claire Clark, 2 brothers, William Odom (Martha), Autrey Odom (Brenda), 3 sisters, Erma Jean Odom Westcott, Delores Odom Zahn, Charlotte Marie Odom and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Ronnie was a friendly man, he loved people, never met a stranger, and everyone who knew him, loved him. Visitation will be from 5pm until 7pm Friday. Chapel services will be on Saturday, Aug 26 at 10am. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
