Ronnie Collins

Ronnie Collins, Sr., age 69 passed away on February 1, 2009. He was a life long resident of Birmingham, AL. He retired from Flowers Bakery with over 20 years of service in sales. He spent his work life in sales, selling automobiles and he was also a ticket broker in the Birmingham area. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Nancy Collins; daughter, Cynthia Gowins; son, Ronnie Collins, Jr. (Pam); sisters, Leila Parsons (James), Pam Hickman (Bill), and Mickey Howe (Dennis); brother, Bud Collins (Jo Ann); grandchildren, Ronnie III, Alan, Jennifer, and Evan Collins and Brandon Gowins. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 4, 2009 from 5 to 8 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Graveside services will be Thursday at 1:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
