Robert Deane Oliver, age 72, of Leeds, Alabama passed away on Tuesday, June 17, 2014. He was a member of Leeds Worship Center in Leeds, AL for several years. Robert was the owner of Robert and Jim Oliver Painting Company, before retiring, after 18 years of service. He was preceded in death by his wife, Becky Oliver and one son, Robert Leo Oliver. Robert is survived by his three daughters, Theresa Oliver, Vickey Nimeth (Mark) and Vickie Robertson (Keith); two sons, Charles Oliver (Lisa), Joe Oliver (Patty) and Michael Wilson (Kimberly) ; two sisters, Barbara McKee and Billie Jean Robertson (W.E.); two brothers, James Oliver and William Oliver (Ruby); twenty-one grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 12pm until 2pm on Thursday, June 19th at Leeds Worship Center in Leeds, AL. The funeral service will follow visitation at 2pm. Burial will take place at Jefferson Memorial Gardens in Trussville immediately following the service. Pastor Ricky Bradford is officiating. Jefferson Memorial in Trussville is directing.
