Robert Fricke

FRICKE, ROBERT W., age 88, of Birmingham, AL passed away on May 28, 2010. Robert was a loving father and grandfather. He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Cullman. He is a U.S. Army Veteran in which he received the American, European, African, and Middle Eastern Service Medals with 2 Bronze Stars, World War II Victory Medal and the Good Conduct Medal. He is preceded in death by his wife, Othelia Fricke and grandson, Alan Sandlin. His survivors include his daughter, Celia Sandlin (Jerry); son, Keith Fricke; daughter-in-law, Rebecca Fricke; grandchildren, Lisa Salser (Scott), Natalie Elrod (Shane), and Kelly Montgomery (Wayne); great-grandchildren, Beth and Brandon Salser, Connor Elrod and Keith Montgomery. A graveside service will be held on June 1, 2010 at 11:00AM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service time on June 1, 2010 at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
