Rita Olive

Mrs. Rita D. Olive, age 84, of Gardendale died Tuesday, August 26, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Billy C. Olive. Rita retired from Goodyear as a former manager after more than 28 years of service. Survivors include her son, Richard F. (Darlene) Olive; her daughter, Deborah A. Olive; two grandchildren, Alexandria Olive and Brett F. Olive; two sisters, Helen Mann and Patricia Logan; one brother, Jack W. ( Elaine B. ) Logan. Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Thursday, August 28, 2014 in Jefferson Memorial Gardens with Brother John McMath officiating. Jefferson Memorial East directing the services.
