Rassie Loggins

Rassie Jackson "R.J." Loggins, age 92, of Oneonta, passed away November 10, 2009. He was preceded in death by his first wife Opal Simmons Loggins, and son Billy Wayne Loggins. He was retired from Greyhound Bus Lines, and was a member of 1st Baptist Church in Springville. He was an organizer of the Argo City Council and was a councilman. Services will be Saturday, Nov 14 at 12pm in the Chapel with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Reverend Ed Massey and grandson Matt Loggins officiating. Visitation will be from 5 until 7pm Friday. He is survived by his wife Jewell Brothers Loggins, sons Bobby (Linda) Loggins, Freddy (Arleen) Loggins, Roger (Kathy) Loggins, 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers make donations to the American Cancer Society. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
