Phil Morgan

Phil Hampton Morgan, age 75 of Birmingham, AL passed away on February 23, 2013. He was born in Caldwell, West Virginia and he graduated from Lewisburg High School in West Virginia. He was a member of Old Stone Presbyterian Church in West Virginia. He was a member of the American Legion and a lifetime member of the Elks Lodge #2123. He served two years in the Army and four years in the Navy. He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Cleo Morgan. He is survived by his wife, Jerry Gail Morgan; daughter, Lisa Blackwell (Jeff); sister, Elizabeth Temple (John); brothers, Pat Morgan (Mary) and Jimmy Morgan (Patsy); grandchildren, Whitney and Tyler Blackwell; numerous other family and friends. Services will be on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be an hour prior to services. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Rev.
