Peggy Frazier

The sun won't shine quite as bright in the McCalla Community as Peggy Sue McGowan Frazier "Nanny" went to be re-united with our Heavenly Father, her parents Herman and Versie McGowan, brothers Charles McGowan and Johnny Hiendel on Monday, September 7th, 2009. As she walked through the gates of Heaven, fireworks light up the sky and welcomed her in. Until they meet again, she left behind her husband of 38 years Jerry Frazier, sister Patricia Puccio (Joseph), sister-in-law Eva Nell McGowan, nieces Mellisa Sullivan (Michael), Marian Giglio (Donnie), Patti Dreveny (Greg), Suzanne Martinez (Charlie) and nephew Jory Hiendel (Marlena) as well as many great nieces and nephews. For those who wish to pay their last respects, there will be a viewing on Thursday, September 10th from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and the funeral services will be held on Friday, September 11th at 12:00 p.m. at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home in Trussville.
