Peggy Carroll

In Loving Memory (Nanny).
Peggy Ramona Carroll (Mrs. Buckeye). Age 84 went home to be with her Lord, Jesus Christ on March 30, 2022. She was born on August 15, 1937, in her Grandmothers home, Addie Leona Owens in Margaret Alabama.
Ramona loved being together with her family and cooking for them every Sunday. She devoted her entire life to her family and being surrounded by them is what made her the happiest. She also loved music. Playing the piano was one of her many talents. Her selflessness and generosity, to everyone she knew, was her strongest attribute. She was a loving person to all and touched the lives of so many people.
She is survived by, her brother Doug (Butch) Smith (Sharon) and her four children. Randy Carroll (Lisa), Robin Sanders (Terry), Rod Carroll (Kelly) and Ryan Carroll. Grandchildren: Lindsay Kennemur (John), Zachary Carroll, Cason Carroll (Kasey), Sheli Lathem, Heather Slaughter (Shannon), Austin Carroll (Christine), Jarrod Carroll, Andrew Carroll, Olivia Carroll. Great Grandchildren: Greyson Kennemur, Noah Kennemur, Sara Beth Kennemur, Elli Lathem, Sadie Lathem, Rae Slaughter, Jed Slaughter, Call Slaughter, Avery Carroll and Kinley Archer.
She also leaves behind many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends, which she loved very much.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William A. Smith (Pee Paw) and Lillian E. Smith (Mee Maw). Husband Bobby G. Carroll (Buckeye) and her sister Glenda Wanninger. In lieu of flowers donations maybe made to Corinth Baptist Church, Argo, AL.

Funeral Arrangements:
Friday April 8, 2022 @ Corinth Baptist Church, Argo Alabama
Visitation: 12 noon till 2 pm
Funeral services beginning at 2 PM.
Burial: Jefferson Memorial Gardens, Trussville, AL
Brother David Stancil will be officiating the services.
