Pearl Whatley

Whatley, Pearl H., age 89, of Trussville, was born on April 6, 1919, and went to be with the Lord on January 15, 2009. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard B. Whatley and her grandson Terry L. Simpson. She was a loving mother and a true friend. She was a member of Trussville Southside Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughters and son-in-laws Betty & Lewis "Cooter" Simpson, Patsy and Ronny Joe Stone, grandchildren Rhonda Sherwood (Martin), Kristie Doss (Jeff), great grandchildren Richard Matthew Simpson, Katelynn Bradford, Brittany Belter, Jeremy Sherwood, Tyler Sherwood, and Spencer Sherwood. Services will be Saturday, Jan 17, at Noon in the Chapel with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens Trussville. Rev. Norman LeCroy officiating. Visitation will be from 11am until Noon Saturday. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
