Pauline Burchfield

Pauline Verciglio Burchfield passed away March 21, 2009 at the age of 88. She was a member of Holy Infant of Prague Catholic Church in Trussville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Horace Burchfield, parents, Joe and Josephine Verciglio, brothers, John and Norman Verciglio and Pete and Charlie Giarrizzo, and sister Mary Mayes. She is survived by her brother, Ross( Mary Ann) Verciglio, her children, Brenda (Larry) Hudson and Joe (Linda) Burchfield, her grandchildren, Dawn (Philip) Williams, Elise (Scott) Stearns, Stacie (Shawn) Kinney, and Chris (Bethany) Burchfield, and her great-grandchildren, Lauren and Caroline Stearns, Caleb Kinney, and Austin and Emily Burchfield, many nieces and nephews, and many good friends. She was retired from Chicago Bridge & Iron Company and had been a volunteer at Medical Center East for many years. She was residing at Kirkwood By The River at the time of her death. The family wished to thank the staff at Kirkwood for their loving care during her stay there. Funeral services will be held at Holy Infant of Prague Catholic Church on Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at 10:00am with burial to follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. The family will receive friends on Monday, March 23, from 5:00pm-7:00pm at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home with a rosary to be held at 7:00pm
