Feb 6, 1933 - Mar 19, 2015 Patricia C. Sullivan, 82, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2015 in Mt. Juliet, TN. The Funeral Service will be conducted graveside by Brother Ronald Foshee at 11a.m. Monday, March 23, 2015 in Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will begin starting at 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Patty was born February 6, 1933 to the late Cecil Irving Cook and Mary Gladys Lewis Cook. Along with her sisters, Elaine Ray, Josephine Roberts, Bonnie Bradshaw; brother, Rufus Cook; and nephew, Ralph Cook. Survivors include nieces, Linda Thursby, Martha Blout, Stephanie Mills, and Judy Prince. Memorial Contributions may be made to Patty's Church, Plainview Baptist in Tarrant.
